My Story
Megan has always had a deep commitment to a healthy and balanced lifestyle but since becoming the mother of two boys, she recognizes even more the need for a complete yogic practice.
Megan has a M.S in Exercise & Sport Sciences and is a RYT500 Yoga Teacher (with additional trainings in Pre/Postnatal, Yin, & Yoga Nidra), Certified Meditation Instructor, and a ChildLight Yoga Teacher.

Her goal is to help women in all stages of life connect with themselves and build strength in their bodies and hearts.
